SQ30-2B is designed for threading 1/2” to 2” steel pipes. 1350W universal
motor. Spur gear reduction/ring gear drive. All shafts, ball and needle bearing
mounted. Permanently lubricated gear housing. 28RPM for pipe threading and 51
RPM reverse. More efficiency for your pipe threading.
SQ30-2C is also a portable pipe threader for 1/2” to 2”steel pipe threading. It uses 1700W motor which makes threading speed up to 30 RPM and no load speed 55RPM. More faster, higher efficiency.
The threading dies of the above three types of portable electric pipe
threaders are manufactured by Hongli Pipe Machinery special threading dies
workshops. It will be reliable for your maintenance or installation work of
pipelines. The pipe threaders are ideal for on-site applications such as gas
line pipe installation.
Hongli now only supply HSQ50 pipe threader power drive. The power drive
is compatible with RIDGID 12R threading die heads and threading dies. It uses
1500W motor for 32 no load speed.
